[NCSG-EC] NCSG membership application physical addresses

NCSG EC,

Seems like it is advisable not to collect physical addresses of the
individuals in the membership application form and only ask them for their
city and country but for organizations we can ask for the physical address
to verify they are not bogus. If you don't have an objection, I will ask to
make this change in our membership application.

The next step would be to delete the physical addresses of individuals from
the database, also those who do not check i
