From using the Google Translator tool on the content of the website, it looks like The Legal Media Center is an organization that could be characterized as a human rights org who works for the legal protection of journalists and bloggers, which sounds definitely within NCSG’s mission and a worthwhile cause, especially coming from Kazakhstan.  I vote to approve this application.

I don't see a specific Dns activity or how they want to focus on that. I think it will come along though considering their activities are related to our values. But if other ec members agree we approve them and ask their plans for getting active in DNS policy. Perhaps they can use their website to inform journalists about whois, domain policies etc.
