[NCSG-EC] Service Level Agreement with WAPIX

Dear all,


Attached is the *Service Level Agreement* with WAPIX for CIVICRM, 577 USD
per month. We will pay monthly unless we want to pay the six months in
advance if that is easier for billing. But I don't recommend it but we will
see what's best. I will sign this by Monday.

I have asked NCUC to kindly wire the money and get reimbursed by ICANN.
This will happen next week.

I am going to send you the contract for discovery phases of CIVICRM next
week. We will start that soon too and I invite representatives of
constituencies (whoever they want to appoint) to participate. In the
meantime,I will draft an "applicant guidelines" process and share for
comments.

Thank you for your cooperation. We are making progress and I will update
you on each step.
