Hi Maryam

thanks for this. I leave it to other ncsg ec members to respond too but I
am not so sure how Adaora interest in DNS market can be interpreted as
noncommercial. I can understand that there is a welfare aspect to it which
is economic growth so there doesn't look like to be a commercial interest
on individual basis but I yet wonder how we can interpret the interest as
noncommercial when it's about economic growth and DNS market.

Robin I think you had also wanted the inquiry be done. Let us know.
