[NCSG-EC] Adding Renata, The NCUC Chair to this list as observer

All,

Our charter allows one appointed or one elected representative of each
constituency to be an observer on our mailing list.

Renata would like to be added as an observer. I don't see a problem with
that since our charter allows it but I thought I keep you informed.

If you have any concerns please let me know by Wednesday, otherwise, I will
ask Maryam to add her.
