Hi Raoul, All,

In previous elections using the Open ballot system, a few members complained that they were able to work out how others voted from the breakdown of results.

Please see attached. For Open ballots the results show the email of the voter, while for the Secret ballot it only shows a unique ID, which is anonymous and cannot be traced.

Exactly WHO are able to "work out how a person voted from emails" ...staff? I don't think other voters know that. Closed ballot could be good, as long as we can somehow verify that the votes were given to the right people. I don't really have a problem with Maryam knowing who voted for who.
