[NCSG-EC] [Ext] Re: Request for further information: NCSG Membership Applicationo

I was about to agree until I looked up the person in charge who is an NCUC
individual member Emmanuel Elolo Agbenonwossi I believe and I do remember
working with him at IGF Academy and he was a civil society person. If you
don't mind I contact him and see what the organization is about and if it's
a real LLC (sometimes LLCs are just civil society, complicated in the
developing world, also in France sometimes they register not for profit as
a commercial company.

I will get back to you on this.
