[NCSG-EC] Membership Approval

All,

I need you urgently go through the current membership applications during
next week until Thursday 19 April and evaluate the pending applications.

Note that I found bugs in the form again. My comments for Rahul, (reject,
due to being representative on GAC) , Jackson: needs to clarify
noncommercial interest and Flavio: needs to clarify noncommercial interest
in DNS .

Make sure your answers are saved and report any bug to me.
