[NCSG-EC] EC meeting on 13 October?

I've seen no objections, so let's have the call on Friday at 1300.

I hope to keep it short, for personal reasons my ability to do
any extra NCSG-related work now is very limited, so short agenda:

1. member applications
2. review of incomplete EC/Chair tasks in progress
3. AOB
