[NCSG-EC] Temporary alternate to Johannesburg

Thanks for letting us know, Tapani.  How about sending Michael Karinocolas from Canada in place of Stefania?  Michael has been very active in the ICANN Accountability work, and coming from Canada, may not have a difficult time of obtaining the necessary visa to attend.  I haven’t spoken with him, so don’t know his plans in this time frame - this is just a quick impression.
