[NCSG-EC] Next meeting 24.2. at 2000 utc

Dear all,

We need to have a meeting soon, as soon after Reykjavik
as possible. I propose Friday 24 February at 2000 UTC
(about the only viable time until DST changes).
I hope at least most of you can make it.

Agenda (so far):

* Member applications
* Terminating Consumers' Constituency candidate status
* Constituency review (I'll have questionnaire draft ready
  before the meeting)
* Council temporary alternate assignment (planning to
  issue a call for volunteers to ncsg-discuss soon)
