[NCSG-EC] Leadership Program

I don't have time to go to the leadership program and we have two slots:

If any of you who is already going to ICANN 61 would want to go, please let
me know and apply at the link.


For the other slot I will make a call on NCSG list, note that the person
should be already going to ICANN 61 (i.e. have airfare) hotel is provided
by the program.
