[EC-NCSG] Next EC meeting 25 Nov?

Dear all,

Despite my miscalculation with Delhi timezone (I'm right now in
Delhi myself btw), it seems 1500 UTC on 25 November works for
most of us and my calendar is already filling up, so let's
fix it there.

Maryam, please set the call up.
