They just announced gnso chair election timetable,
which among other things implies we need to have
our elections results announced by 7 September.

That's about two weeks earlier than we've done
in the past and means we'll have to start the
process already in July.

I'll try to work out a detailed schedule ASAP,
but this means we may not have the new member
database ready for the voter verification
(who's "in good standing") process as I'd hoped.
