[EC-NCSG] Next EC meeting

So let's try the next Friday, February 19th.

What about the hour - would 0600 UTC be too acceptable?
It would be easier for California, still reasonable
7am in Central Europe, depending on your daily routines
of course.

I seem to recall reading somewhere ICANN guidelines
that recommend avoiding times between midnight and 7am
for any participant if possible. Between California,
Europe and Australia that doesn't leave much choice.
