[EC-NCSG] Next EC meeting

All,

We need to decide the date and time for next EC meeting.
Looking at calendar, I would suggest Friday 12 February
(first Friday after LA intersessional).

Since Monika will be in Australia, we could consider
changing the time to early morning UTC, say 0700.

Unless I'm mistaken that be 23:00 in California,
08:00 in Belgium and Germany and early evening
in Australia - Monika, where there and what
timezone exactly would you be?

How'd that work with you all?
