Dear Tapani,

I went through the applications and provided my voting or comments.

I would prefer having the agenda of the NCSG EC calls a few days before so I can consult with my Excom members and be efficient during the call.

With regards 4. Marrakech meeting : we had to provide our logistic requests yesterday (deadline) so it looks weird having to decide now if we maintain the constituency day meeting on Tuesday or not ?
