[EC-NCSG] Fwd: FY17 budget request for NCSG workshop in IGF

Hi Tapani,

Thank You for the update. As I am still not familiar enough with how it all works - so pretty much for all the NCSG, we ask for 3 travel slots to IGF? This seems to be quite little, but maybe we have other channels available?

As I have sent the info previously, e.g., me and Stefania would be definitely up to putting a panel together, just like we recently did for the CPDP in Brussels. But if we only ask for 3 slots, it might be too hard for people to get external funding - and I who would be such potential funders...?

All,

FYI, attached is the budget request I made for IGF workshop.

Running out of time and when EC members didn't have time to work on
this either, I drafted help from the ranks and wrote this together
with Martin Silva Valent and Gangesh Varma late last night (they
deserve more credit than I do, volunteering at such a short notice).
Rushed job but better than nothing, and I at least I think I got
it submitted before the deadline (barely).
