[EC-NCSG] Next EC meeting

Dear all,

Unfortunately it appears there's no time this week that'd
work for all.

So let's stick with the 19th. Timezones being what they
are it'll be night for someone, and Klaus has indicated
he's willing to stay awake late in this occasion.
