[EC-NCSG] Bank account, legal status

Dear all,

If we decide to get our own member database solution, that is anything
but Memberclicks, we'd need to have sufficient legal existence to make
a contract with whoever we get it from, and to have a bank account
to pay for it (ICANN would give us the money but won't pay directly
to the hosting company).

We don't yet know if we'll actually need it, but we should prepare for
the possibility. So I'm proposing we take a look at various
possibilities how it could be done, ranging from somebody doing it
personally to full-blown incorporation in some country and
consider their viability for our purposes.

We can discuss this on the list or during our next call(s).
