[EC-NCSG] Meeting with staff in LA on Fri

Dead all,

We (NCSG) are having a meeting with staff in LA on Friday.

I've already asked constituency ECs and councillors for ideas
what we'd like to talk and who from staff we'd want,
so far not many concrete ideas but here're a few:

* Travel arrangements, visas &c: Joseph de Jesus 

* (1) DIDP request processing (2) how ICANN legal determines if a PDP is
  within ICANN's mission: Sam Eisner or someone else from legal dept
  
* Ombudsman, what he and his office can and can't do for us
  (suggested to bring Chris in remotely as he apparently won't be in LA)
  
* Generally, how could non-commercial volunteers and staff work
  better together (who?)

Opinions, other ideas?
