>From what You described, its only the NCUC EC (and not the NCSG) that do get the slots? So for any future inter-sessionals, the NCSG EC members are not among the supported travellers? or it varies by meeting?


In case there will be a NCSG EC call and some important decisions to be made, could You please let me know and I will make my best to participate, or at least inform the EC of my decision via e-mail,

NCUC has its own slots (7 = EC including Chair plus one spare).

NCSG has 7 = Chair plus councillors, free ones only if
some of those can't come, as of now one (Rafik's).

I'll ask if they're able and willing to come.
