In each case it is up to the EC to decide what is an appropriate
level of supervision and oversight.

... that has been documented nowhere, apparently.

The EC can of course so decide and chastise me and do whatever
it sees fit to correct the situation.

So far I don't see the EC willing to do that, only you.
