[EC-NCSG] QUICK: Ballot question

Can we organize a quick meeting on this issue asap?
The way NOTA has always been used in the past meant that if NOTA got the most votes, none of the candidates win.
NOTA beats those candidates who score below the NOTA votes.
So if candidate 1 gets 100 votes and
NOTA gets 90 votes and
candidate 2 gets 80 votes,
then candidate 2 does not get elected because NOTA beat that candidate.
Even if only have 2 slots up for election.
This is how we designed the ballot and the voting to be interpreted in the past.
But if that understanding is being challenged now, then we do need to take this further, possibly to the ombudsman to get it clarified.
