From rafik.dammak Mon Sep 7 04:35:47 2015 From: rafik.dammak (Rafik Dammak) Date: Mon, 7 Sep 2015 10:35:47 +0900 Subject: [EC-NCSG] EC confcall 4th Sept Follow-up Message-ID: Hi, as follow-up of last Friday call: - we went through the new and pending applications. since Klaus and Rudi couldn't attend the confcall and to not penalise the applicants, they will have 1 week to go through the applications and add their votes. if there is no objection till the deadline (14th Sept) we can consider those applicants having already 3 votes as approved by that time and adding them to NCSG. - we discussed about the issue raised by Rudi at EC list and we will resume the discussion here to respond to the concerns. As a note, Joan was in the EC confcall as an observer. - We will held another ad-hoc EC confcall by the end of this month (Friday 25th Sept or 2 Oct), while we have an EC meeting in Dublin. can you please confirm your availability for those dates.
