[EC-NCSG] Monika joining us, next meeting

Dear all,

NCUC EC has appointed Monika Zalneriute as their representative
in NCSG EC to take over my seat I vacated when I became Chair.

Welcome, Monika!

And with that we're in full strength and ready to move on to the work.

Our EC meetings have regularly been held on the last Friday of each
month. That would be tomorrow. One day is way too short notice in
general, and I've been busy this week so I'd like to have a bit more
time to prepare.

I'd nonetheless like to have a call before IGF if possible,
and that doesn't leave too many options.

I would prefer Monday or Tuesday, but I can do tomorrow
as well if it's the only one that works for everybody.

Could you all please confirm your availability tomorrow,
Monday and Tuesday, at the usual timeslot (15:00 UTC).

If none of those work out, we'll have to move it past IGF,
November 20 or 29, and December will be an exception also
(we could have a call on December 11, or skip December
and have one on January 8, for example).

In any event we can of course work with email - for many
things it can be more efficient than calls anyway.
