[EC-NCSG] EC confcall 2nd Oct Follow-up

Hi,

as follow-up of EC Friday call:
- we went through the new and pending applications. since Klaus couldn't
attend the confcall and to not penalise the applicants, he will have
opportunity to go through the applications and add his vote. if there is no
objection till the deadline Friday 9th Oct, we can consider those
applicants having already 4 yes votes as approved by that time and adding
them to NCSG.

- we also discussed about the EC meeting (Wednesday 21st Oct 7:30am local
time) in Dublin to talk about issues and work on action plan with that
regard. making an issues list would be helpful.
