[EC-NCSG] Travelers to LA and Marrakech

All,

We should get travelers for the intersessional in LA as
well as for the Marrakech meeting for Constituency Travel
as soon as possible.

In both cases there are three slots allocated to NCSG EC,
one for me as the Chair, for the others I'll ask both
constituencies to decide (or ask your own ECs to decide)
on the traveler and let me know as soon as possible.

For LA at least most names should be decided by the
end of this week, for Marrakech they asked them
by November 24 (next Tuesday), so please do hurry.

Regarding the intersessional, the actual NCPH meeting days
will be February 4-5, but we can have a day or maybe even
two for NCSG- or constituency-level pre- or postmeeting
sessions if we want to.

I think we definitely should take at least one day for
the purpose, and I wouldn't mind two - it's a long way
to travel so we might as well make most out of it.

Tentatively a pre-meeting session on February 3 was
suggested, but I am open to February 6 as well,
or if we get two days, either 2-3 or 3 and 6
(I could make even 6-7 but not so easily).

Opinions on this would be appreciated - again, as soon
as possible, for it'd have to be decided before making
travel arrangements.
