Hi everyone,


  *   as follow-up of the last confcall we agreed to make decision about the new application form and get input : here the mockup https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1uPzS7nxQkGgndirN8JM_E067DXz42uXWKcBClxAd4KY/edit . if there is no objection by 10th March, I think we can consider approve and get it online. if you have any problem to access, please contact Maryam

  *   Please also review the flyer and send to maryam your suggested edits, we have deadline to print out material for BA meeting. as deadline 10th March

we have too:


  *   process flowchart draft: I instructed Maryam to draft one so we can post it in the application page to clarify to applicants about the process and expectations in term of time response. it will be updated with any addition we would like to make in order to improve the process
  *   Maryam created a logo for NCSG and that can be good for NCSG branding. she followed the ICANN graphic guidelines but we should make our own changes.

Next confcall will be in last Friday of March 27th Friday 16:00UTC, please confirm your attendance and if the date/time is ok for you.

Maryam will circulate the list of pending applications that we should discuss by mail, and the minutes of last confcall.
