[EC-NCSG] NCSG election planning

Hi everyone,

I am sharing below the NCSG plan for coming election:
10th July announce election
1st August voter list finalised (continuing the check-in verification till
24th August)
10 August : Nominations Open
24 August : Nominations Closed
1st September : Voting Begins
14 September : Voting Ends
16 September : Announce Results
15 October: terms begin

For open seats:  3 for GNSO council  and NCSG Chair position

it follows last year timeline since the ICANN AGM in Dublin will be in
October .
