[EC-NCSG] Travel slots for ICANN Buenos Aires Meeting

Hi everyone,

one thing we have to decide quickly is regarding the allocation of the 3
travel slots to Buenos Aires meeting. we have 3 slots for NCSG EC. as chair
I get one, 1 for NCUC representatives and 1 for NPOC representatives.
can you please discuss for each constituency who will get the corresponding
slot? I have to get that by 11th March.

please read this notice below:

"Please note that when requesting travel support, in the interest of
fairness and in light of budget restrictions we would like you to take the
following into consideration:



1.         Respond timely to ICANN Travel regarding your upcoming travel to
Buenos Aires.

2.         Book direct travel requests. Detours and multi-stop trips are
unfortunately not guaranteed.

3.         Strictly limit your travel from your home to the ICANN meeting
venue.

4.         Arrive based on your approved dates of arrival to ensure your
participation on meetings.

5.         If you require a visa to enter the country, please make sure to
acquire your visa immediately.
