indeed this is very helpful! ok, in several minutes, I should be able to connect, but do not be over suprised if nothing happens, as Laos has so far proved country of 'no worries', so my desperate asking for better wifi or location for it brings a curious face on the locals and thats it:)

Dear all,

My apologies for not having prepared an agenda earlier, but better
late than never, here's what I've got in mind for today, at
least you get a half-hour warning:

* EC decision-making procedures:
  when and how we could make decisions by email

* member database solution:
  proposing small ad-hoc working group

* member application processing now:
  some ideas to improve things while waiting for the new solution

* new and pending applications

That's probably quite enough for one call.
