[EC-NCSG] Next Executive committee confcall and application review

Hi Everyone,

I am sending a reminder, I am postponing the call to next week 26th
September and it must be done by then, we need to clear out the backlog of
pending applications prior to LA meeting. Please confirm your attendance
and review the pending applications.
