[EC-NCSG] Next Executive committee confcall and application review

When is our NCSG-EC Meeting in LA?  I know that MaryAm sent a lot of invites but I don't see this one.

Hi,

I cannot make the call this Friday.  I am sorry.   I give Rudi my proxy, if he accepts.   I don't know any of the individuals on the list of new applicant.  If anyone else does and can endorse them that would be helpful.  Otherwise, if they meet the basic criteria we need to approve them.

Also, with regard to the membership form itself, I will re-commit to making some suggestions for changes by the Los Angeles meeting.  I think this is important given the questions about new members on the list serv and will carve out time to do it and have something for discussion by LA.

Please review all applications (Green for the newest. yellow and red for those we requested additional info) for the coming weeks till Friday 19th Sept and add your votes (approve/disapprove) in the spreadsheet

we should "clean-up" this batch and avoid the accumulation of many pending application before LA meeting.

@Rudi please let me know if you need some guidance and more info on how to review the applications.

Finally, please confirm that you can attend the call in that date/time.
