the problem till now is the delays for reviewing applications which pose
problem . having EC calls is supposed to help to remedy on that issue.
unfortunately, we couldn't have calls lately.
we cannot do so much if EC members don't make their votes in time or review
applications.

not sure which list you are talking about? the application form? if that is
the case, we cannot do so much if applicants mistake in input like wrong
email address, they won't be added anyway. when we have doubt or find
error, we ask applicants for more details and information e.g. we check the
domain name, profile, information about the organization etc. that is one
of reason why we discussed about adding some fields to application form and
Lori volunteered for that. EC members are expected to conduct the review
with due diligence.

when you found error, you can add your comments (for example  you will see
in the list that Milton put several remarks and questions)

for making things more easier, Maryam is going to send some suggestions to
for more user friendly and much simpler interface

information is updated as much as possible with the check-in process.
