[EC-NCSG] travel slots for intercessional meeting in DC 12-13 January 2014

Hi Lori,

as far I recall from the calls, Rob said that support would be to "limit
hotel room nights to the out-of-town participants.". while not familiar
with DC area geography, maybe we can consider Reston, virginia as "out-of
town" in that regard?
