[EC-NCSG] NCSG EC activities

Hi everyone,

Time to come back to EC activities after LA meeting.

   - as follow-up of our discussion in LA and thanks to Lori suggestion,
   Maryam created a mock-up of update application form for review:

 please check , try it and send your comments. if we agree, it can go live
soon.


   - As also agreed, we will have our EC call in the last friday of the
   month: so next meeting will be 28th November at 16:00 UTC. I may travel at
   that week but I should be able to attend.

           Please confirm you will attend that call, if you cannot you may
give a proxy vote.

   - for applications, Maryam also made some formatting changes in the
   review spreadsheets:

we have now new sheets there to make it more easy to review new applicants
and those pending (Waiting for further info etc). please review all of them
and put your vote.
we are still working on totally different approach and moving from that
spreadsheet. but lets reduce that backlog in meantime.
