I may travel at that week but I should be able to attend. Please confirm you will attend that call, if you cannot you may give a proxy vote. - for applications, Maryam also made some formatting changes in the review spreadsheets: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AmHFgvYjF_e4dENsT21PLTFmeW9qZ2pLLWowc3RTbmc&usp=drive_web#gid=10 we have now new sheets there to make it more easy to review new applicants and those pending (Waiting for further info etc). please review all of them and put your vote. we are still working on totally different approach and moving from that spreadsheet. but lets reduce that backlog in meantime. as reminder all application info are here https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Ane1uzL43HhedDFhOWZOTEVhMzZUYUszVFhpX1JEU1E&usp=drive_web#gid=0 Best, Rafik -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... Many applications are missing ! > can you please be more precise here? I am not sure what applications are missing here. Trying to make a educated guessing , I would think there is confusion. the spreadsheets include applications using the online form when it went alive starting from June 2012 and so it has not any application before that date . before that, applications were done through a word document and sent to the EC list (via a public mail address )with all difficulties to track. I think you are trying to check all NPOC applications here, so those between 2011 and june 2012 are not included there. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Ane1uzL43HhedDFhOWZOTEVhMzZUYUszVFhpX1JEU1E&usp=drive_web#gid=0 > > > Same problem within the other spreadsheet. > > > https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AmHFgvYjF_e4dENsT21PLTFmeW9qZ2pLLWowc3RTbmc&usp=drive_web#gid=10 > > > same reason like for the other spreadsheet, we started using this one when we had the online form and so include application approved from that time. Today, it seems impossible, based on the below > given googledocs to establish a full NCSG membership database. > those files are not membership list but applications (which may be approved or rejected) list which is different and of course it doesn't include applications prior to june 2012. membership lists is something like this NCSG public list http://tinyurl.com/b2tb468 since it include only approved members. Maryam is working of formatting and cleaning up lists so she will provide a list of organizations who applied to NPOC if it helps for your validation. in meantime, she can complete this list I sent previously to NPOC team in june for your election , it includes both members, who applied to join NCSG and NPOC, pre and post june 2012. Maryam can use it for double-checking . this list need to include those newly approved by NCSG and waiting for NPOC approval to join them. hope that helps. Per our discussion this week, please share and discuss it with your individual communities as you see fit. If our previous 2013 effort is a good guide, this is likely to be the first of several agenda drafts before we reach a final version. Please provide as many comments/reactions/edit suggestions/etc. as possible via email over the course of the next week. Benedetta will be circulating a Doodle poll to select the date for the next planning call, and I hope we can make some on-line progress prior to that next meeting. Please note that I am now including Maryam Bakoshi and Brenda Brewer on the cc list so that they can be ready to assist you in prepping your individual meeting agendas during the course of the events that week. Believe it or not, with one major exception, our planning timetable is still pretty consistent with the timing of the 2013 meeting planning effort. The one area where we REALLY need your help is to provide as many traveler/delegate names as soon as possible so that we can make sure that all intended travelers/delegates have reasonable travel schedules and any visas they may need to get into the U.S. for the meeting. Please provide that info to me as soon as possible so that we can maximize the use of our support resources for the meeting. Thank you all for your help and support of this planning effort!
