[EC-NCSG] canceling EC call for Friday 18th July

Hi everyone,

hearing no objections, I am going to cancel the call for today. please
review the applications (all of them) in meantime. I can give deadline so
we can synchronize . those applications who get all OK votes will be
automatically approved . for those with objections or questions, I will
contact the applicants for updates.
do you think that is workable?
for deadline, I suggest 30th July.
