[EC-NCSG] housekeeping actions

It?s not for nothing. We got some things cleared up: like daylight savings confusion. I sent my votes, I deferred one from a applicant whose domain didn?t resolve. I wanted to discuss that one.
I will look at yellow and reds and make votes.
My calendar is wide open next Friday. I could do 13 or 14 UTC or earlier if we don?t want to torture Rafik too much.

Hi everyone,
so we can reschedule the call for next week, friday same time 16:00UTC:
Thanks for your votes (Lori, ML proxy and Milton), I will add them(I understand that Lori you voted yes for all individual applicants in green but just in case send the file again)
Robin will send her votes later today. when an applicant has no objection, I can automatically move his/her status to approved.
we have also the pending applicants in red&yellow that needs your votes. I got responses for most of them, for those in red they had bouncing emails so the decision should be straightforward. please review them and make your votes.
sorry again for the confusion, it sounds that I stayed up late for nothing, well.
Best,
Rafik

Hi everyone,
the invitation was set for 16:00 UTC, I usually avoid using other timezone to not have such confusion.
I guess that I messed up with the conversion, sorry.
@Lori can you please send me the file with your and Marie-Laure votes?
if needed we can reschedule the call for next week
Best,
Rafik

I don?t think that I can make it either. I had it for 11 as well but I did my homework and am attaching here. I have my vote and Marie Laure?s proxy. I will still try to make the call as I am busily trying to reschedule my noon meeting.
I will vote yes to all of the individuals. Although Robin fixed the permissions issue when we were in Singapore, I still can?t seem to edit. I checked the sites listed and made some notes regarding their content. Since all of the applicant?s are applying as individuals and not institutions, I think we should approve them since individuals are not required to have a working website just an interest in the Internet. I am not familiar with any of the individual names so if someone has an objection based on on personal knowledge, I will respect it.
Moving forward, I suggest that we add a check box for whether the applicant has applied to NPOC or NCUC at the same time. It would help me keep track as we go through new applications over the coming year. I will still try to make the call as I am busily trying to reschedule.

OK then I can?t make it. Traveling to Toronto today. However, I have indicated my opinion on most if not all the applications.
Sorry Rafik. This got into my calendar at 11 am based on our discussions in London

I called too. I think it?s at noon our time not 11:00. It?s UTC 15 right now. I just checked the World Clock. The call is scheduled for UTC 16.

Hi Lori,
regarding the call, that is the EC meeting and so for the EC members basically because we will review the membership. any idea if NPOC will appoint new representatives? I understand that is short time but can you get a proxy vote from Marie-Laure in meantime?
Best,
Rafik

Tomorrow is the first day of the new term for NPOC. Not sure if Rudi or Marie Laure will be in call. I would guess that either Rudi or I would use the NPOC spot.

Hi Rafik,
Yes, I will be on Friday's EC call ready to vote on our pending applications.
As I utilized the NCSG-EC travel slot for NCUC in London, it will be Uncle Milty's turn to utilize that travel slot in LA.
The election announcement looks great! Thank you very much!
Best,
Robin
