[EC-NCSG] housekeeping actions

Hi all, 

I am not anymore the chair or on the Excom since yesterday ( 10 july) which, I think, means that I can not be on the NCSG EC anymore unless I am mistaken. Please let me know if I am wrong about this one. In any case, if I am still formally on it,of course Lori has my proxy to review the application. Here it is holidays today, so apologies if I do not attend the meeting.
