[EC-NCSG] housekeeping actions

Hi Lori,

regarding the call, that is the EC meeting and so for the EC members
basically because we will review the membership. any idea if NPOC will
appoint new representatives? I understand that is short time but can you
get a proxy vote from Marie-Laure in meantime?
