[EC-NCSG] housekeeping actions

Thanks Lori and Robin for confirmation,
waiting for Marie-Laure and Milton confirmation for attendance. same for
the travel slot,
the election announcement is just the beginning of long process, need to
think in more efficient way for the checkin.
