[EC-NCSG] housekeeping actions

Hi everyone,

1- since I didn't hear any objection to my last email about the election, I
will proceed tomorrow and make the official announcement. Thanks!
2- please confirm your attendance for the friday EC call. I would like to
reduce the number of applications in  the backlog as much as possible and
avoid having pending applications for long period.
we will keep having our monthly call for the membership review.
3- I received message from Glen about the travel slot to LA meeting, as
usual we have 3 slots: I will take one as chair, 1 will go to NCUC and
another to NPOC.
please discuss and let me know. we have a tough deadline because we need to
give the names by 16th July!
4- regarding the withdrawal of CONAC as NCSG member, I will proceed and
remove their representative from the NCSG mailing list.
