[EC-NCSG] travel support to singapore meeting

Dear EC members,

Glen contacted me (Also constituencies chairs ) about the allocation of
travel support to Singapore meeting.

NCSG should have 3 travel slots as usual. As chair, I need to go . and so 1
slot for NCUC rep and 1 slot for NPOC rep.

Can you please tell me who can attend the meeting and constituency
representatives deciding between themselves.

After that, we should start the preparation for the singapore meeting in
substantive side.
