[EC-NCSG] next EC meeting and Singapore preparation

Dear EC members,

we need to organize soon EC meeting to review application and to have most
of batches done before Singapore meeting so we can use that time to discuss
about more strategical directions for NCSG. I would like to keep the
momentum and keep a small backlog.

try to review them and put vote before the EC call

Understanding that is hard for Milton to attend in Friday and Doodle poll
didn't work well. to be make things more easy, what about having the
meeting each Last Thursday of the month at 16:00 UTC, if you have different
suggestion please tell me

in other hand, I drafted the tentative schedule for singapore meeting and
then we should discuss about topics we want to talk with board , during CD
too.

I already asked Glen to reserve the rooms for EC and PC meetings
anything else?any suggestion?
