[EC-NCSG] NCPH Intersessional Planning Call - select topics/ co-chairs

Hi everyone,

Please find attached the list of attendees for NCPH meeting and latest
version of the agenda.
we still have to fill up the slots for co-chairs from our side and pick a
topic. sith the discussion in NCSG list, I guess Public interest/PICs (in
relation to accountability) makes sense here. if there is no objection, I
will send it.
for co-chairs:
- Bill volunteered for B
- myself for E, L and possibly C too
