[EC-NCSG] Next Executive committee confcall and application review

Hi everyone,

After the end of summer holidays, I am sending this email to:

- setup next 2 hours confcall for EC and I suggest as date/time: Friday
19th, 16:00UTC
- applications review:

Please review all applications (Green for the newest. yellow and red for
those we requested additional info) for the coming weeks till Friday 19th
Sept and add your votes (approve/disapprove) in the spreadsheet

we should "clean-up" this batch and avoid the accumulation of many pending
application before LA meeting.

@Rudi please let me know if you need some guidance and more info on how to
review the applications.

Finally, please confirm that you can attend the call in that date/time.
