Hello,

Thanks Rafik. I imagine that if we proceed as agreed with a monthly review
of the incoming applications, we might indeed have enough time to combine
both the review and discuss other EC-NCSG matters. Sounds like a good idea.

I was thinking that if we really wanted to stick to what we agreed, we
should be doing a review this week which is the last week of November.
Nevertheless since we just came back from BA and next Monday it is already
December, I was thinking that it would be more reasonable/practical  if we
join both reviews (the November and December ones) and agree to do it
sometimes the second or third week of December bearing in mind that some of
us will take Christmas vacations.

Looking forward to your proposal regarding the schedule.
