[EC-NCSG] request for meeting from NPOC

Me too Milton. What we can do, if everyone agrees,  is start the discussion
and then, if we feel that there is  need  for some extra time ( I am pretty
sure we will), we can decide to  continue the meeting (part 2)  informally
to wrap up later on that same day  or on the Thursday morning. The good
thing is that at Lori will have the possibility to join us and bring in her
owns views.
